Wedding in Jordan: sad bride

The bride was really sad. It was interesting. It's a big deal to become part of a new family in Arab culture. Families are definitely more...not more important...but more the basic foundation of society here, definitely. I don't think that I would like to cry at my wedding, except "tears of joy".
