On the left there are chicken hearts and kidneys fried with oil and onions, on the left are tomatoes cooked with pepper, garlic, and some other spices. DELICIOUS.

The family was made a joke that the dead sheep were my boyfriend. This is them, after they've been cooked.

I have a lot more photos of these sheep, but I didn't want to gross you out too much. You have to realize, though, that this bowl was sitting in the fridge uncovered for about three days before Maysoon actually cooked it.

Aww, they're in love!

My family has a farm. They killed two sheep for a giant family party. Here they are, along with bags of guts and legs and ribs etc. in bags that you can't see, on the kitchen floor.

The bathrooms may suck, but the food does not. Lebanay, rice and meat wrapped in cabbage leaves, and a killer lentil soup.
