On the left there are chicken hearts and kidneys fried with oil and onions, on the left are tomatoes cooked with pepper, garlic, and some other spices. DELICIOUS.
I have a lot more photos of these sheep, but I didn't want to gross you out too much. You have to realize, though, that this bowl was sitting in the fridge uncovered for about three days before Maysoon actually cooked it.
My family has a farm. They killed two sheep for a giant family party. Here they are, along with bags of guts and legs and ribs etc. in bags that you can't see, on the kitchen floor.
